We understand plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please review our cancellation terms below:
Standard Jewelry (In-Stock Pieces)
• Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still return it under our Return Policy.
Custom, Personalized, or Made-to-Order Jewelry
• Due to the unique nature of these pieces, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase.
• After 12 hours, production may have already begun, and cancellations will not be possible.

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@jojorings.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will confirm if your order is eligible for cancellation.
