Refund policy
We accept returns and refunds within 14 days of purchase.
If your item is damaged you must contact us with 3 days of your purchase or it can not be returned.
All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
We are happy to swap out rings if the size is wrong (too big or too small).
Otherwise, if you would like to return your ring, wrap, chain or charm, please follow the steps below:
Step 1| For a refund or swap, email us at info@jojorings.com for a link to a return shipping label. Items cannot be returned or swapped after 14 days from the receipt of the original purchase.
Step 2| Print the return label and put the product(s) in the mail. Returned items must be returned in their original packaging.
Step 3| We will issue refunds to the original payment method once the item is returned to us and is undamaged.
Step 4| If it's a swap, we will switch out the products for what you note inside the return and we will resend the product back to you. You will receive updated shipping info once the swap is processed and it's on it's way to you.
We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
